ADDT'L CHARGES: Rates do not include the 12% resort tax & $7.25 per adult, per night house keeping and utility surcharge. STANDARD POLICY: A 2nt (1st & last) deposit is due at the time of booking. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled/revised 14 days or less prior to travel. Early departures will forfeit the last night's deposit. No-Shows forfeit entire deposit. All confirmed res are subject to credit card approval. In order to check into the hotel there must be at least 1 adult (21yrs or older) per room with a valid cc in their name. THANKSGIVING (11/23-11/26/04) Standard deposit policy applies with a 2nt penalty applied to reservations canceled/revised on/or after 10/1/04. CHRISTMAS (12/23/04-1/1/05) Standard deposit policy applies to reservations made prior to 10/27/04, with full payment due on/or before 10/27/04.
